So you're getting a new kitchen. Congratulations.

Here's exactly what happens between walking into our showroom and cooking dinner on your new countertops, in nine steps with no surprises.

  1. Visit our showroom

Come in with a copy of your layout, a cabinet door, and any other feature you'd like to use in the design. We'll help you select your material and edge, discuss sinks and faucets, and help you choose your backsplash.

  2. Your quote

Your sales rep provides a written quote with all your options spelled out. No surprises.

  3. Signature & deposit

Sign the quote and send or bring it in with a deposit for half.

  4. Schedule your template

Call to schedule your template 1–2 weeks before your base cabinets are installed to avoid downtime. For an amazing fit, have the stove in place and your sink and faucet on site for the template appointment.

  5. Layout

If your material has a lot of movement, or your sales rep recommends it, you'll come to the shop and lay out your countertops on the slab after templating. This takes 15 minutes to an hour, depending on your level of detail.

  6. Installation

We give you a two-hour arrival window. A typical install runs 2 to 8 hours depending on the size of your kitchen, backsplash, seams, and piece sizes. Someone who can make decisions about the countertops must be on site on install day.

  7. Final payment

Payment is due at the time of installation, by check or credit card, by end of day.

  8. Schedule your plumber

Your plumber comes after us to connect the sink. We install the sink in the countertop; leave a couple of hours between install and plumbing so the adhesive can set. We can provide a plumber for a fee if you'd like.

  9. Simply enjoy

Register your product, then enjoy your new kitchen. All our work is guaranteed.
